A well established Residential and Light Commercial aluminum and vinyl window and door manufacturing company is expanding its retail operations in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. We are seeking experienced individuals to manage retail establishments located through out the targeted areas. Each manager will be involved in the geographic preference of the facility, site and facilities search, determining building requirements, obtaining employment information regarding availability of suitable support staff in the area, budget preparation, and will have full P & L responsibility of the establishment.
Will hire, train and manage sales and support staff; Will target and successfully sell to homeowners, builders, architects and developers;
Will provide sales to customers in the show room as well as some in-home presentations for remodel/replacement products.
Must have a customer focused attitude, strong presentation skills, excellent customer service skills and ability to motivate associates to do the same.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in opening and running retail establishments preferably in the building trade industry and ideally in the window and door business.
