REQUIREMENT PROFILE:  • DYNAMIC, POSITIVE, ENTHUSIASTIC, GO-GETTER, OUTGOING, TEAM PLAYER, LEADERSHIP TYPE PERSONALITY. • BS Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Hands on person with manufacturing floor experience as a process engineer. • At least three years experience managing people. • Experience teaching continuous improvement tools to others.  Solid proficiency with Continuous Improvement and Process Assurance skills such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Gage R&R, SPC, Value Stream Mapping, 6 Sigma. • Six Sigma Black Belt and SPC • Proficient user of databases such as Minitab or related software and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PP and Word as well as data acquisition systems. • Willing to travel 50% domestically on a Monday through Friday basis.<p>Salary: $70,000.00 - $99,000.00</p>]]></description>
