Well established Central Jersey Glass company is seeking an experienced store front, all glass entrance, framless shower, estimator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviews and evaluates requests for estimates
2. Prepare weekly bid calendar and ensure timely completion of estimates.
3. Create job folders
4. Review construction documents and understand scope of work bid
5. Execute take offs of construction documents.
6. Obatin pricing for materials
7. Determine labor hours required for projects
8. Obtain bids from subcontractors
9. Prepare cost analysis in computer by recapulating material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs incurrred in the installation terms.
10. Manage project to completion.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in construction management, business or related area a plus
Five to seven yeasrs of experience may be substituted for a degree

*Proven track record handeling and organizing multiple projects with timely completion

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5-7 YEARS IN TH EINDUSTRY AND ESTIMATING FUNCTION. PLEASE SUBMIT SALARY REQUIREMENTS.
